THE PROPOSAL WILL FOCUS ON THE STUDY OF TWO IMPORTANT DECISIONS OF FOOD CHAIN ACTORS: INNOVATE AND INTERNATIONALIZATION. THE FACTORS THAT AFFECT INNOVATION OPTIONS AND ITS SUCCESSFUL TRANSFER TO DIFFERENT ACTORS (PRODUCERS, INDUSTRY AND CONSUMERS) WILL BE ANALYZED. BEING STUDIED WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION THE RELEVANCE OF NETWORKS, INTEGRATION AGENTS, AND THE SIZE (ESPECIALLY FOR SMES) ON THIS TRANSFER PROCESS. INTERNATIONALIZATION AND INNOVATION WILL BE STUDIED JOINTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OBJECTIVES SET BY PRODUCERS AND INDUSTRY PLAYERS (COSTS, PRODUCTIVITY, VALUE ADDED, ETC.).
